Barbera d’Alba DOC Sorì

Intense ruby red color when young, tending towards garnet with aging. Intense yet delicate fruity and vinous aroma. Dry taste, full-bodied, which softens with aging, acquiring a full and harmonious flavor.

It begins aging in oak barrels for twelve months and part in steel. It is then blended in steel tanks and bottled. Followed by bottle aging for another 3 – 5 months.
