Dolcetto d’Alba DOC Madonna di Como
Intense ruby red color tending towards violet. The bouquet is vinous, fruity with very pleasant and persistent hints of blackberry and cherry. In the mouth, it is pleasantly dry, harmonious, and velvety with a slight almond aftertaste.

Serving temperature: about 16-18°
Maturation
Completely in steel tanks where it matures for about 7 months, then it is bottled and undergoes a further 3-month aging process in the bottle.
