In stainless steel only where it matures for about 7 months before being bottled. It settles in the bottle for 3 months before release. Available about 8 months after the harvest.

Features

Deep ruby red hue verging on violet. Vinous, fruity bouquet with agreeable and persistent blackberry and cherry flavours. Pleasantly dry, harmonious and velvety in the mouth with a light almond finish.
