Ageing

In small French oak barrels holding 225-500 litres for about 16-18 months, it is then blended in stainless steel tanks where it rests for 4 months before being bottled. It is available only in the best vintages, about 26 months after the harvest.

Features

Intense garnet-red hue with lively reflections, a fruity bouquet with plum and blackberry flavours and a balanced tannin make this wine pleasantly warm and persistent in the mouth.
