Barbera d'Alba Sorì

Ageing

Partially in oak barrels of 2000 litres for 12 months and partially in stainless steel tanks. It is then blended in stainless steel tanks where it rests additional 4 months and then it is bottled.
It settles in the bottle for about 3-5 months before release.
Available about 20 months after the harvest.

Features

Ruby-red hue, intense when young verging on garnet-red when aged. Fruity, vinous aroma, intense yet delicate. Dry and full-bodied in the mouth, it smoothes out with the ageing acquiring a full and harmonious taste.
